I must admit I've gone off the boil about Dan Brown.
Don't get me wrong, I haven't gone 'off' Dan Brown or his work. I just haven't picked up one of his books for a long time.
I guess I'm just eagerly, or impatiently, waiting for his next step, his next book, whatever it may be about. But I understand writing a novel of that quality is not a speedy process. Not with all the research that has to take place first.
Does anyone have any 'heads up' about any book that Dan Brown may be working on at the moment? I'd love to hear about it!
I am a fan of Dan Brown too. But for me The Lost Symbol is not as good as his earlier works. I lost interest when it comes to all the Maths symbols.
ReplyDeleteYou are an avid reader? Do you travel to Kuala Lumpur often? If yes, maybe you could drop by BookXcess at Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya. They sell remainder books. Brand new but some books with slight defects. Very cheap. Mostly less than RM20 each. It's my favourite book hunt there.

I have a friend from Kemaman who would come all the way to KL just for the Big Bad WOlf Sale and occassionally I help her to buy bookd from BX when I travel back to Trengganu.

ReplyDeleteam a fan of Dan brown too. In fact, he inspired me to have a tattoo on my shoulder. The tattoo is my name written in 'Illuminatti' style. It reads same in both directions.
